Can a frame relay hub and spoke be done on two routers

I know that a frame relay hub and spoke configuration usually consists of at least 3 routers. But I was wondering if anyone has ever tried it on two routers.
I have two 2620XMs each with a wic-2t interface module. Does anyone think it would work or even purchase another wic-2t for one of the routers. Or is a third router necessary?

While you could call one device the hub and the other the spoke, you'd miss out on most of the nuances of a hub-and-spoke topology, which revolve around spoke-to-spoke connectivity. If you can't afford three routers plus another to act as a frame-relay switch, you're much better off using GNS3, so you have an opportunity to actually learn the CCNA/CCNP material.
