Hello all. Passed TSHOOT this morning, so now it's official! Coming two weeks after ROUTE, the test was pretty darn cool and covered a bunch of layer-2 concepts that I hadn't looked at for awhile (in addition to fresh layer-3 concepts). Feels good to finally get it off my chest and can't wait to put everything to work on some big infrastructure upgrade projects I have coming up this fall.
For those looking to take the test, I used the following materials:
TSHOOT OCG
SWITCH OCG (review)
ROUTE FLG (review)
Cisco website (demo, configs, etc)
Now looking to rock out the BNCE (Brocade) in a couple weeks and start casually reading Odom's CCIE OCG, lol. The mission definitely isn't over...I guess I'll be spending much more time in the CCIE forums haha.

BCNE is Brocade Certified Network Engineer. It's basically the CCNA-equivalent for Brocade routing and switching. If you've ever used Foundry gear, it's the same CLI (Foundry was bought out by Brocade).
