Planning on taking Security+ on 22th July

Hi all,

I plan on taking security+ on the 22th July and was wondering if you all have any thought on the material to study?

I am using Exam Cram2 book and Tcats Inside Scoop on Security+ and also the Technotes from here.

Is there any tables for crytography?

By all accounts from reading the posts here it is a hard exam so i am wondering if the material i have is enough.

Would welcome all insights.

Personally I think you have a good source of learning materials there. Tcat was my favourite and examcram coming a short second. I also purchased the Ms Press book for this exam, but I was not very impressed.

Keep up with the technotes on here and I'm sure you won't have any problems.

I also was looking for a table for cryptography, but never found one!!!

Just a quick question, is the TCAT a Ebook? If so where can I purchase it and how much pages? I just scheduled mine for September 2nd heh. BUt I could always reschedule if I feel I'm absorbing the knowledge faster.

It cost me $49.00 equates to about €39 - €42.

It has 700 pages very very detailed, i think an excellent investment for the exam and a reference after it.

Once you pay for it online you get an email telling you where to download it .

Hint have a lot of ink available and paper ok.
