Problem with scheduling backups

I just bought XP Pro and I wanted to setup a weekly differential backup of "Documents and Settings" folder.

I have no problem running the backup if I do it now. But when I try to set it up to run every week I get the following error.
An error has occured while attempting to set task account information. The specific error is: 0x80070005: Access is denied. You do not have permission to perform the requested operation.

I figured it was permissions but my account is in the "Administrators" group. I then added it to the "Backup Operators" group and still I'm not having any luck. I even tried to set it up with the builtin admin account. Has anyone seen this and have a suggestion to get it to work?

Thanks

after you decide what to back up, and you get to the scheduling screen, the "When to back up screen" and you set your schedule, an after you click next on that screen it should prompt a "set account information box". Put your credentials in there. SHould work OK.

are you logged in while the backups are running? They should be running under a system thread and will run without you logged in, if you are logged in it may have a problem backing up your profile, especially ntuser.dat.

disregard my last post, you are able to run it now, so its obviuosly not a ntuser.dat issue, try this here -

The question actually starts at the bottom and works its way up to a solution, worth a shot.
