Trouble with BW Calculations, How do You Remember the Equations?

I never was that great with math, with that said, I'm finishing up my CVoice studies for my second retake and I feel a lot more prepared than before besides the calculations for bandwidth. Not that they're super complex but there seems to be 4- 5 equations you have to go through first to figure out some of calculations. The toughest being figuring out how much Bandwidth is used per call and the different header sizes. How do you all remember or learn all the different VoIP equations down pat?

I finally got this down and it's actually a pretty simple 3 steps you just have to know what to add and when to convert to bits; that's what was getting me.

This pretty much lays it all out:

I just went over that like 20 times. Scheduled my CVoice again for tomorrow, we'll see how it goes...
