in CCNA & CCENT
I took the CCNA test for the yesterday and failed again with a 761. Scored a 100 in the planning and design and an 84 in troubleshooting.
Man.... I am a CCNA (Ver 2.0) and this test is NOTHING like the last one.
Not sure if I should split the re-certification into two tests or keep going after the 801.
The two areas I need to work on are Inplementation and operation and technology. Any suggestions for study on these two areas or splitting the re-certification into two tests instead of one?

I heard that if you fail the exam twice, you are not allowed to resit any more...
Does anyone know if that is correct?

Drakonblayde Member Posts: 542There is no limit to the number of attempts you can make on Cisco exams. There may be a time limit between the number of attempts, but if you fail more than twice, you can resit the exam until you pass it (as long as your checkbook holds out)= Marcus Drakonblayde

Complete one of the following recertification options:
• Pass the current certification exam
• Pass a Cisco Qualified Specialist exam (excluding Sales Specialist exams)
• Pass any Professional level exam bearing a 642 prefix
• Advancing to the next level or recertifying at the Professional level automatically renews all related Associate level certifications
• Pass a CCIE written exam on or after October 1, 2004
