Question about the Lab on the CCNA exam. If you have a problem that you have to troubleshoot and you think you have correctly fixed it, does the ping command work so you can test/verify that the fix was correct/functioning?

    So you were able to ping AHOTHER router in the lab. Sorry to keep asking. I coulc ping locally but not to a remote router/network.

    Definetely YES.......I am guessing that if you were unable to ping a remote router (that was obviously participating in the same routing process) you must have still had an error hanging around in the config that you might have missed......

    Actually, If I remember correctly, I think "show ip route" even worked.
