What does "VLSM route aggregation" mean? I'm a little confused by these, summary or link would be helpful. TIA

In few words it means combining a certain number of subnets, and referring to the combination by one "name". This also goes by the name "supernetting".

For example, given subnets 192.168.0.0/24, 192.168.1.0/24, 192.168.2.0/24 and 192.168.3.0/24, you can aggregate them (i.e. refer to all of them at once) into 192.168.0.0/22.
