Going to download and give it a try later today, but first I'm going to give PowerCLI 5.1 and give it a spin to make sure it didn't break any of my scripts - PowerShell 3.0 did, and I had to make some adjustments.

I already got "GhostNic" withdrawal syndrome, glad I have to fix at least 30 VMs now after the upgrade
