Can't Connect to Network After Switching to WPA2

I realize this might not be the best place to ask this question, but considering how helpful the community here seems to be, I figure it's worth a shot.

So, I'm running Windows 7 on a Dell Studio XPS 16, using a Linksys WRT54G2 V1 wireless router. Earlier today, I tried switching my encryption from WEP to WPA2-Personal. After that, I tried connecting back to my network and noticed there was a red "x" where the signal bar should be. It failed to connect, stating, "The settings saved on this computer for the network do not match the requirements of the network." After that, I tried using WPA-Personal, and got the same result. So far, no other forum has been helpful, and I am completely clueless as to what to do. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Also, I'm not sure if I provided enough information. If you need any more, I'll be sure to post it ASAP.
