Upgrading to MCITP: EA 10 Months

I'm busy upgrading from my MCSE 2003 to MCITP: EA cert, but only have 10 months to finish 70-680;70-649 and 70-647, I'm halfway through 70-680. Any advice one the last two exams like is the MS Press books good enough for the primary book and what 2nd reference book did you use. Don't know if I'll make it in time before it expires. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
