According to this site u can "buy" a CCNA
it gets better
it gives you the option to "buy" a CCNA with or without the exam ??? really !

They're selling training courses but the site is so poorly made it makes that difficult to see that. My assumption is that they have banner adds for Cisco Training and they lead to the site.

I also think that what they sell is training. However... the whole page is like Cisco emblazoned... even the logo is... ripped off.

It's definitely Cisco training. You just have to read beyond the buy me link on the main page.
Not sure I'd want to get my training from them when they can't even make a website that might confuse people about what you are getting. Plus the rip off of the logo from Cisco.2012 Certification Goals
