Question about CCENT/CCNA certificates

So here's my question: I haven't received my CCNA certificate yet. Either in paper or pdf.

Back when I passed ICND1, filled out some preference, the pdf certificate was mailed to me in just 4~5 days.

Do I have to pay additional costs to order a CCNA kit? or will they mail the first one for free? I just want the pdf... (checked electronic certificate in the preferences)

How long did it take for you guys to get your CCNA certificate?

Even the first paper certificate is free.

How long did it take for you guys to get your CCNA certificate?

My paper certificates have taken on average a couple weeks.

They claim a few days for the PDFs.

My CCENT certificate took almost 4 weeks to show as 'shipped' on their website.

3 weeks is what I remember seeing, and that is about how long it actually took. I am on the West Coast though, so not far from Cisco, you being in Taiwan, I don't know.

Oh, I didn't even notice that he's in Taiwan. Yeh, definitely around 3 or 4 weeks for the website to have "shipped" posted, and add days/weeks to however long it usually takes for something to arrive from the US.

oh boy... thanks guys, at least i know everything is normal and I won't "order" another one redundantly.

When it does "ship" it'll be instantaneous =p I chose PDF certificates.

Maybe when I start getting CCNP level certs I'll choose to receive paper certs.

Anyway, thanks for the input people! =D
