Quick question please...

Hi,

Im doing the test next month.

I used DG book 6 months ago and got sidetracked. Was getting 90% or more on his tests in the book. Have ordered the kindle edition of questions which I intend to use to reflash my brain ( I thought it would have as many questions as the book? ). Also gonna give professor messor a wander through to remind my brain.

Now I thought let give myself a quick pretest to work from. I loaded the questions of the CompTIA site and they looked much harder than DG book. So may I ask whats the test more like please? DG's book or the Comptia site?

i think i've heard on TE before that if you can do CompTIA website exams 80% then you are about ready.

personally don't have experience in this side though.

Many people have become dismayed/nervous/concerned after taking the free practice questions on the CompTIA site but I also know that many people never used them. Instead, they only used the book you're using and passed the exam the first time they took it.

The key is to ensure you understand the content. If you can look at the questions in the book and know why the correct answers are correct and why the incorrect answers are incorrect, you'll be able to answer the live exam questions correctly no matter how CompTIA words the questions.

Read Darril's book and you'll have all the information you need. Try CompTIA's practice test for their wierd CompTIA way of asking questions.
