Include items with a resume?
Having a few certifications on your resume is great, but they are pointless if the hiring person doesnt really know what the certification is about. What do you guys think about including a summary of eash of your certifications with your resume? Also, what do you think about including a copy of your certificaiton certificate to quelch any concerns you may be bluffing?

I would not give them a copy of the cert unless they asked for it. They will believe you if you show the knowledge in your interview. If you don't then they may ask for it, and then give it to them.
The IT person that will interview you will know what they cert is for, and if they don't then they should look it up or ask you.
