kaseya - Does any one have some tips on learning this system?

Hi Guys,

We use the above software at work and I was just wondering if any other work places do, and if so what you found to be the best way to go about learning this system?

Also does any one else use any other automated tools that are good with "talking" to other software programs to bring everything together?

We use the MSP version. Just do the free webinars on it and you'll be fine with it.

Kaseya is the shiznit. The Webinars are pretty good, you can also contact Kaseya support with a specific question.
