CCNA Lab plans

I'm currently working on equipment for a CCNA lab, with the ability to expand into a CCNA-V, CCNA-S and eventually a CCNP Lab.

Would the following equipment be a good start? Any suggestions on what to improve or change from here?

2 2950s
1 3550-PWR
1 2610XM
1 1760
1 1721

I think that should be good. I may be completely wrong but the 1760 router you have should have more benefit when you go to CCNA Voice.

Depends on how much labbing you're going to do on actual hardware. That looks okay for CCNA except you'd probably need 1 more router for frame relay labs. The 1721 is a good router for CCNA, but for CCNP, the 1721 doesn't have an IOS that supports OSPFv3. I haven't looked too deeply at CCNP:Switch yet, but I believe you'd need to replace the 2950s with at least one 3560 and another 3550.

I'd say, just take it slow. Get through with your CCNA first and everything will come more naturally.

As of now, you are very well equipped for your first goal =)
