Choosing A+ exam and Materials for it.

I'm from Myanmar country, I worked as a computer hardware technician for 8 years by self-studying and i don't have and certification of A+, so I want to know about A+ exam's fee, dates. I also want to know clearly reference resources for test 2012 and i am afraid to study expire material. So tell me about it. Thank you.
