Anyone know if Cisco CME 8.5 is backwards compatiable with CUE 7.x. I currentyly have a 2801 with CME 8.5 Running and purchased a CUE-AIM module and the seller said it had 7.0 Unity on it. The Cisco Matrix shows a dot but doesnt really say if it is backwards compatiable or not. Any ideas.

According to Cisco, no not really - should be fine though. I keep older software on my lab CUE because they are a pain to upgrade :).

OK I got my New CUE -AIM module installed and got to boot and got the GUI up and running but there is a config already applied. I tried the erase-star then reload but the config came back that was allready on it. How do I do a "factory restore with out having to reload the license and other important files. I just want to start from scratch on setting up cue without going into loading the license back on. Here is the running-config from the cue module.
