experiance required...?

Many tests..specifically cissp requires a certain amount of experiance to qualify to take the test... how strict is that?....

For the ISC2 certs (SSCP and CISSP), the requirements are as strict as can be. For CEH and other infosec certs 'any' IT experience combined with a Sec+ cert for example, will get you a long way.
