Using a priority queue on a SUP-720-3B?

Hey guys,
Working on a project and i'm trying to identify whether or not to use priority-queing to put EF voice payload traffic ahead of all other traffic in an enterprise network moving towards voice/data convergence. The router i'm working on (7606) is the gateway in and out of the MPLS cloud that connects all points of the enterprise.
This is a temporary solution as it will move to a new card in a few months and will use LLQ along with some other more recent MQC QoS features.
Have any of you guys used priority queing on the 7606 or 6500 with SUP-720-3B cards...any best practices or warnings?
