Gamebox - AMD 64 3500+ Winnie OC'd at 2.6 Ghz, 2 GB Kingston HyperX DDR400 OC'd timings at 2-2-2-6, 6800 Ultra OC at 475mhz core/1150 memory, raid 0 on 2 sata drives. All OC on air.
General use box - P4 2.53, 1 GB DDR400, pretty much plain jane, use to OC it but dont anymore.
GameServer/App server x2 - P4 2.53, 2 GB PC3200, storage array 3x 120 SATA drives raid 5.
File Server/main storage - P4 2.2GHZ, 1GB PC3200, storage array 1 TB raid 1.
Most of its major overkill, but I store ISO images of every CD and DVD I have on the file server, so the Terabyte was needed.

My main PC is currently a HP Compaq nc6000 business notebook. I bought it from ebay in perfect condition and I just love it. It has a 1.5 Intel Pentium M, 512 MB RAM, Radeon 9600 with 32 MB video ram. It's so quiet I thought it didn't boot properly the first time I started it. All it needs is a CD or DVD recorder. It has a built-in SD card slot, which is perfect for backups. It also has a special keyboard with a grainy layer on the keys which makes it ideal for writing.
I also have an older 700 Mhz Celeron Sony Vaio laptop, and a 1.467 Mhz Athlon XP desktop with 512 MB running Windows XP, with Windows 2003 Server (domain controller) and Windows 2003 Server (terminal server and IIS) in MS Virtual PC. This desktop is also connected to two 2501 cisco routers.
All three machines are connected to an 802.11b Wireless access router for cable Internet connection. XBox is wired to the access router. -

johnnynodough Member Posts: 634I didnt think for a second that you were the Wesley Willis, that guy is totally insane, like legally schizo, but he made a few records of random ramblings that were funny as hell if you were in the right mood. Just curious if your screen name was honoring him. I have met very few people that have heard of him, but thats mostly because I have a very rare and gifted/twisted sense of humorGo Hawks - 7 and 2

I only have the one system. Someone on Ebay was selling the mobo, case, processors, 2GB RAM, Video Card, and 2 Deskstar 250GB. I picked it up for only 500 bucks. After that I upgraded the case and rest to make it a VM server. Currently, it sits in a corner and I access it via RDC. The case has 6 large fans, then there are two large fans on the procs, I have two 400 watt power supplies, each with large fans, I added a another set of fans for the hard drives. The rocket raid allows me to go external so I may get a separate case just for the hard drives and run my SATA cables to it. With all of the fans, I still find that the system is not overly loud. The fluid bearing stuff that hitachi/WD use in their drives also keep things quiet.
The thing is a monster. It is about 15 inches wide, 35 inches tall, and 27 inches deep. I call it Turbo-server. My Sager laptop 3.4 EE P4, 2GB of RAM is called Turbo-jr, My wifes Sager laptop 3.4 EE P4, 2GB RAM is called Turbo-mama. -
