Their going to make a decision soon. It's pretty much a job that supports SaaS and web servers. So far things seem well. This would definitely be an upgrade from my current job.

If it's a third interview, they probably already decided they want to hire you, and just wanted to bring you in to talk to someone higher up or in a different area to get a "yea" or "nay"... that has been my experience, anyway. Good luck...
    IT guy since 12/00

Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
    Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

Thanks, so far it's been two phone interviews and one in person interview. This position has a good amount of growth as well.

Good luck - one-stop interviews are thing of the past I think .. can't remember the last time I had a single interview and got the job ...

Last one was a three month afair with meeting people from the team - all the way up to CTO / CIO and even HR ..

I didn't get it, but I'm okay. I wasn't given a reason why. I've been going through Robert Half for this permanent position. They were a little nasty toward the recruiter. The recruiter asked why, but the company refused to answer. They were supposed to hire two people, but didn't hire me or the other candidate, which are the finalists out of originally eight people. I'm glad I at least got a good recruiter.

Three interviews and no job is a waste of time, especially with no reasoning. After three interviews if they can't give you a reason, even if they just make one up, it sounds like they're not very organized. Your recruiter should be more diligent in my opinion. You probably had to take time off to do those interviews, lunch break or whatever and now you have to do it all over again. That's just my opinion of course. Sucks man, keep your head up.
