But my concern was that after Cissp Associate what should i do.

You will receive an immediate pass/ fail notification after completing the exam. If you don't yet have the experience to complete the full CISSP certification, there is nothing more for you to do.

I Meant was will i get a proper job after becoming cissp associate .

Possibly, if an employer is looking for people that have only passed the CISSP exam and do not have the full CISSP certification. Check the job postings in your area to find out.
