I know the INE topology lists WIC-1Ts but are their any issues if I used WIC-2Ts instead.

I'm just about to pull the trigger and but the rest of my lab and the INE workbooks.

Functionality won't be any different (besides one having two ports), but I believe the WIC-2T uses smart serial connectors and the WIC-1T uses the larger DB60 connector.

Does the INE topology change often? Id hate to be a in a problem were I have cable mismatch and not enough cables to work a lab.

whichever way you go, I'd suggest getting all 2T or all 1T if possible. This simplifies changes in topology a lot~

You won't have to worry about frame relay, which end is DCE or DTE, etc etc...
