hey guys,
Just had a phone interview for a helpdesk associate position for a great company. I was suprised that they showed so much interest but since posting my resume with a a+ on it . I have gotten several calls of interest. Honestly I didnt want to go to another entry level IT position but the money is a great step up and the hours are perfect. They even promised me there is room for growth being that I am pursuing my degree. Im just waiting on a face to face interview next but I think its a logical next step for me... what do you guys think??

See how it feels after the face to face. You might want to ask for a tour so you can get a feel for the place. The opportunity for growth could be a huge plus.When you go the extra mile, there's no traffic. -

yea i really wanted to escape helpdesk and desktop support but I guess with my current credentials that's all im qualified for.
