Getting My Lab ready but

As I finish off me MCITP-EA I have been picking up a router here and a switch there getting ready for the CCNA as soon as I finish off my current Microsoft journey.
I have
X2 2514 Router
X1 2611 XM Router
X1 2621 XM Router
X2 2651 XM Router
X4 2950C Switch
X1 RJ-2511 Access Server
I just went through all of them with Putty and Show Version and I see I really need to upgrade the memory on all of them excluding the switches there are 12.1 <- unsure.
I want to run 12.3 on the 2500's and 12.4 on the 2600's I have been doing some research on the memory upgrades and getting a little down because from what I see it is going to run me about 150.00 to max out each 2600 on memory to run 12.4.
I hope I'm wrong any help or advice is there a NewEgg/Crucial for Cisco Memory?

Get the ram on ebay. Be aware that you might require rommon upgrades (small chip, looks like an oldschool bios chip) in order to use all the ram. Otherwise you'll have 256mb ram and only see 128mb etc.
edit: Also, shouldn't your location be layer 8? -

Thanks for the Ebay suggestion that halved the price from what I was researching.

maybe i should change it just had my second Kidd a month ago and I do feel nonexistent now

If layer 7 is the application then layer 8 is surely the level above the program (the user). That's what I'm getting at. It's also used as one of those things like I/O Error (idiot operator) and PEBCAK (problem exists between chair and keyboard).
If I can just ask, What's your opinion on the various exams for MCITP EA. I plan to go to SA next and EA after that. ICND2 booked for under a week.
