Cisco ASA 5505 acting weird

in CCNP
SO, I have 2 ASA 5505s operating, and I have set them up for site to site tunneling for VoIP traffic.
I have the HQ site up and running 2 other remote sites.
The issue I am having is that when I go to generate interesting traffic from the new site, by pinging the HQ site Mitel using the VoIP VLAN as the source, the ASA bugs out on me, freezes and all the lights blink in cession.
In order to get it back up and running, I have to reboot, but also remove the Modem Cable, otherwise it freezes again.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Do you have to have a current Service Contract with Cisco to open a TAC Case?

Had a friend of mine log in and he found a bad next hop, that would have created a routing loop.
I have not tried to generate interesting traffic yet, but, he was pretty certain it was what caused it to freeze up.
