I've passed the CEH exam today. The exam is not hard. For each question, you can easily find 2 or 3 wrong answers and select the good one by elimination.
I've used the Career Academy CEH v7.1 DVD training (watched it twice). I also watched the complimentary online CEH exam prep clinic from Fairfax university:
