What are CBT nuggets?

In this forum I have read so many people mentioning about CBT nuggets.Can anyone tell me a bit more about them?How do I get them and how are they helpful for CCNA?

    CBT=computer based training
    Nuggets=short videos usually 30-60 mins long

    They are very helpful for CCENT and CCNA. Jeremy is a good teacher and is well known in the Cisco world. However don't use CBT nuggets as your main study source as it doesn't go into a great amount of detail.
    I'm an Xpert at nothing apart from remembering useless information that nobody else cares about.

    As mentioned CBT nuggets is a great resource to use to get a good understanding of the topics however you should also use a book to get "all" the details that the exam will cover.

    Loved it...u showed what 'Happiness is!!!!!'.....the reason why i asked it in this forum is not to know what they are...but how effective they are from the people who have tried them and passed the CCNA exam..wish me luck..and thanks for being so kind :)
