Linking MTA 98-366 with Microsoft ID MCP transcript

Hi I passed the MTA 98-366 and would like to know how to link this to my Microsoft Certification ID / MCP transcript. When sitting the 98-366 exam i had to sign up with certiport but i could not find where i linked this account with the Microsoft cert ID. I have received a email from mswwprog asking me to sign up to the MCP site but i already have my account and dont want to mess with this Can anyone help please ?

yup contact them directly and they will take care of this for you. or email them .. I had to do this four times..
