Anyone using these practice tests for studying?

Im using TestOut.com's A+ essentials 701 practice exams and The practice test cd that came with the 701-702 ExamCram book.
I am scoring mid to high 80s. Are these tests pretty similar to the actual exam and given that I am scoring well with these practice exams am I ready for the 701?!

I didnt try that site's practice exams, but i'm telling you if u do well in the comptia site's practice exam, you are more than ready for the actual test
