70-640 Flash Cards

Ive scheduled my 2nd attempt at 70-640 for November 30th.
Studying and labs are going ok, but i feel like I've reached that point where 90% of what i read/lab i know, its finding that other 10%, and getting it to stick good.
So I've been thinking of making some flash cards to help study more often. But Its been so long since I've used things like Flash cards I'm Just not sure what to put on them. Has anyone Used flash cards to help study for 70-640? if so what did you put on them?
I was thinking of putting Command lines and power shell commdlets, maybe some definitions.
Any input is welcomed.
