How much different is 004 to 005

Planing to take the exam in December going to take the 005 but I the book I am using is for exam 004. Just wondering how different is the test?

A lot is similar but I'd recommend you pick up a resource on the N10-005 to supplement your studies.

I'm currently studying for the Network+ and I have Darrils app for the practice questions. They are helping me a lot and I definitely recommend them.
