Accepted a new position

Well, much like swild in his thread, i've got a bit of a move for myself. Accepted a position with a managed security services provider in Charlotte, NC. 58% increase in pay, also found living options within bike ride of the office. Really looking forward to it, super excited, but about to be super busy.

    Wow, congratulations! Also, when you say bike ride - do you mean bicycle or motorbike?

    Thanks on the congrats from everyone. Really looking forward to it, although where I am right now isn't happy i'm leaving. Oh well.

    Congrats!

    Pace yourself with the new gig. Going from 55 to 120mph can be dizzying.
    Work in progress: picking up Postgres, elastisearch, redis, Cloudera, & AWS.
    Next up: eventually the RHCE and to start blogging again.

    Got more or less moved in, Monday is day 1. Holy crap the internet speed is so much nicer than the previous residence. Was dealing with 3 down and .25 up for about $60 a month. Now i'm working with around 30 down and 2 up, for a grand total of $10 a month. WOO!
