New job update

It's been a week since working at a new job. Figured I'd provide some updates.
I've mentioned in another thread I need to fill out 4 timesheets. Finally got 4th timesheet straightened out. It looks like I'll have 3 user IDs & 3 admin IDs for 3 independent ADs. Unfortunately none of them are setup, so I don't have any system access (might have 1 user account active tomorrow).
Currently spending bulk of my time studying for VCAP5-DCA. Not having internet/PC access makes this an interesting task (need to practice CLI).
Once I start gaining access, I'll be helping to virtualize tier 1 apps such as Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Deploy SRM, test vSphere 5.1, View 5.1, vCloud Director, Horizon. Long term goal is to setup PaaS/IaaS environment.

Random Q for ya, has there been any new additions in the P2V area? When you go to virtualize those bad-boys.... Is VMware Converter still the tool? Just curious :P
