Mta + ccent?

So while im studying for my CCENT i was looking at microsoft certs and came across the MTA:network fundamentals I did some research and found its similar to Net+, with that in mind do you think its a good idea to take the MTA network fundamentals while im studying or just to focus on the CCENT, trying to look at it to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
