what books are you using for study? would you recommend them?

for those of us that are a+ certified: what books did you use? did you supplement your learning in any way, ie use several books, practise exams or websites?

i used exam cram, websites, online practise tests and some certification forums.

I am doing my training at a small computer training establishment. My study material consisted of the Mike Meyers series of 8 disks and the Mike Meyers All In One Study Guide.
I did purchase the Syngress Study Guide and Test Book, but I found them very confusing and consigned them to the bin. We also had a few labs sessions for basic stuff, but I really only found the Printers Lab of any real benefit. Prior to the test I used the practice exams available to me and also Exam Essentials.
This was an 8 week course, but I did the exams after 2 - of course I have been building my own systems for a few years now so I had the edge on my fellow students.
