It's either that or solitaire. In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.

W Stewart Member Posts: 794 ■■■■□□□□□□I've been a Jr Systems Administrator for 3 or 4 days now at a webhosting company and all I can really talk to my fiance about is how much I love my job. I just got out of a bad employment situation with an ISP after about a month and now I'm back to doing what I love which is linux and server related issues. For the first time in my life I don't have to stress about finances and my job is so laid back with plenty of freedom to learn and grow. I feel like I'm at a point in my career where things can only get better.

- it's challenging; I get to come up with creative solutions to problems
- my dept drives projects, things don't come from the top with illogical expectations
- my contributions are appreciated
- great, flexible manager
- great team
- fun company (google type)
- training benefits
- other generous benefits besides training
- and the reason that trumps all others... Chicks dig it!
lol, I don't like my job right now for the opposite of all your reasons. (Except the chicks part)
