Hello all. As I have seen a lot of gripes from interviewers, on this forum, about people applying for jobs they are not qualified for, I was wondering if I could get a little clarification?
As an interviewer and/or job poster what is your expectation when stating that you want working or functional knowledge? Is there a difference to you? (ie: working knowledge of DMVPN or functional knowledge of vpath, etc. )
Thanks for any replies. I am looking for a new opportunity and don't want to any company's time or my time for that matter.
