Another Win 7 machine not pulling domain time

I have another machine here in the office that has started not pulling the correct time from the domain. From reading, I was to check if port 123 was being blocked, not running, etc. So from a command prompt, I did netstat /a to see the ports. 123 just had asteriks. Next was netstat -ano | findstr 123. That came back with a PID of 1256. Checking services in task manager, it shows as w32time and running on local service. Starting and stopping the time service let's the machine see the domain and query the source it shows it is pulling from the domain. Any ideas? Oh the domain is server 2003 32bit, and the workstation is Win 7/64 bit. I've read several threads about this, but no one seems to have the corrective action.
