Sort of, along with your A+/N+ certs, you need to do 70-270 (WinXP), 70-290 (Managing 2K3 Server), and 70-291 (Managing 2K3 Network Infrastructure).

Then you can use Exchange 2K3 for the Messaging specialization, and ISA server along with Security+ can be used for the Security specialization.

Then you'd be MSCA:Messaging and MCSA:Security.
