Anyone familiar with this book by Sybex?
I was doing some research on it but haven't be able to determine if it's good for 680 or 685, 686 or just a good reference book for all or some of those exams.
The actual material is really good though. Just cruised through chapter 2.

I believe I have the accompanying video from this book; by Panek, right? If true, the first 2 videos were direct and to the point. Easy enough for even me to follow. I looked at the book though.
