Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Information Technology, preferably in an Intel/Windows environment.
• Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Knowledge of computer environments (i.e., DOS, WINDOWS, LINUX, and UNIX).
• Ability to follow instructions on paper or commands via a phone conference during the installation/deployment of hardware or software or while resolving a hardware or software problem.
• Ability to make a network patch cable from instructions provided.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment.
• Office environment.
