Senior Engineer position in Phoenix

My employer is hiring again. We're looking for a good JoaT. An understanding of basic routing and switching would be great. XenServer and VMware experience is fantastic with Hyper-V being a plus. Exchange is also a big one, especially experience in running migrations to 2007 or 2010. We work with SMBs ranging from 10-20 up to over 1000 seats. They're big on certifications so current Microsoft/Citrix/VMware certifications are a plus and they pay for you to do more certs and to keep yours current.
