    O_O I never shifted the blame on anybody. My gripe was that my suggested resolution got shot down - And ultimately fixed the problem. I now understand that it's all about how I go about suggesting my idea. I also see that I'll need to continue on until people have invested a good amount of faith in me at this gig. That includes senior folks as well as the users.
