A clumsy waiter spilled a Coke on my coworker's phone and screwed it up. After letting it dry up, the phone seems to be working OK except the touch screen won't work at all. He just wants to retrieve some pics. USB debugging mode is not enabled on the phone. Will tools like MPE+ work without enabling debugging mode. All ideas are welcome.
