I dont see what you are getting at, but being in an IT-Outsourcing Firm, i can tell you that almost every business out there has some form of a network.
There is a huge initiative to up here in Seattle to turn the whole city into one big free HotSpot. That would be sweet, but can you imagine how saturated it would be?
