I am in a kind of what, in my opinion, is a complex decision
dilemma
.
I have a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts (Painting). I want to make a career path to IT which I am also passionate about. I already have Certificate in CompTIA A+ about eight months ago and, am currently trying to establish a Computer Repair job myself since is difficult to find a job.
My main problem is that I want to move forward but to where, is my confusion. I have 3 main areas in mind: (i) MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure and Sever Infrastructure, (ii) CIW Web Design and Development Professional and (iii) Software Developer.
Considering my background without Computert Science degree, I would Appreciate it very much if someone could advice me as to which one of them is best to choose and also which PATH would be most appropriate for such a choice.

There isn't a single person here that can honestly tell you what you should choose between those. That's totally on you to decide. If you've never programmed before, maybe take a free class @

I wouldn't let the fact of no CS degree hold myself back if programming is what I wanted to do. It's not holding me back right now and I'm programming at work.
I've been an artist(2d/3d modeling/animation/video) for the last 10+ years. My artistic background comes in handy, as I think yours would too if you decide programming is your thing.
