I had been playing around with Esxi servers so I confused my vSwitch on Esxi as a vLan too. The job was 4 nights on and 4 off then 4days on and the 4 off + 12hour shifts including bank holidays so I just said to myself when I left I still dont think anyone with good experience will take it . I do not see myself monitoring a network 24/7 and not speaking to and supporting people. Ps. In the end they said they were not expecting the right candidate to know everything and that all they need to know is that the person can be trained. It was the only interview that I did not use the word I dont know and tried to answer everything but the others interviews that I got offered a job soon after the interview I had responded with I have seen it being done at work but to say I have worked with it will be a lie eg. SQL stored procedures or Vmware (I only supported what was already setup etc).
